    I havent slept yet tonight... so what do you do to try to sleep?? do u drink something? read? or just lay there til you drift off??

    Srsly, I find when I make posts late at nite it gets me out of my slumber mood.

    From 11 pm to midnight is my quiet time for winding down. I have cereal with milk (calcium in milk relaxes nerves and makes ppl tired). I read forum boards but refrain from involving myself in the dialogue during this hour of winding down. boring

    Sometimes I leave the boards and just idle thru Solitaire until nearly falling to sleep.
