When I was about seven or eight, my older sister (who was about thirteen) and her friend used to run around the house singing "Dinner With Gershwin." I still remember them obnoxiously singing the chorus.

Wow I like that song. She was so slim and beautiful back then, she still is gorgeous just some added pounds.

I never saw her daughter Mimi grown up. She has 2 other girls with her husband Bruce, Brooklyn (named after his group the Brooklyn Dreams) and Amanda. I would like to see what the kids look like now.

Yes, I remember being a kid and watching the video on some late night video show and the VJ's were like 'finally, she's back.' Later, I was riding in the car with my parents and heard the song on the radio and remembered it from the TV. It was a nice little surprise hit for her.
