| Hi all,
Does anyone else avoid BP Gas Stations?
I've had a problem with these places even before the oil spill. The employees are the rudest I've ever seen, it's just ridiculous. And the oil spill was just the topper for me. I never go there.

| I ride a bike - right past the BP stations (and all other gas stations)
However, in this area BP usually has the cheapest gas, so when I do have a car I would stop there.
Boycotting BP stations because of the oil spill would be ineffective and any lost revenue from that wouldn't correct anything except perhaps employment of pp, which would just make those few workers hanging on even more rude.

| I typically fill up every other Sunday on my to or from the gym at a WaWa (regional convenience store). It’s been a while since I bought “name brand” gas. I keep meaning to write to let the owner or manager that the people running the pumps are some of the most polite service people I’ve ever encountered. Friendly, always say “thank you.” To answer the original question, I don’t boycott businesses because the corporation did something shitty. The majority of these stations (BP) are privately owned and they are the only ones hurt by boycotts.

| Yes, I avoid the one around here. Their prices spiked from the standard up to 3.19... meanwhile, down the street at Hess, it's 2.95 | |

| We have them here, but it's not that I so much "avoid" them as their are few (if any) that are close to where I stay. | |
