When something goes wrong with one of your items/services, are you quick to call customer service, or do you try to avoid it dealing service reps?

In general I do bring it to the attention to the individual first. Depending on the reaction I may contact customer service or the manager. However, I also do take the time to do the same when the service is good. I believe that you address the good and the bad.

    You have a great day.

Really, we are going to have to purchase Rosetta Stone and learn the language just so we can talk to a tech advisor!

If something goes wrong with their product and there's a number to call, I will definitely do it.
