| Do you try to make yourself sound different around certain people? Like say for instance, when you are around someone who is more proper speaking, or someone who is more slang speaking, do you alter your speech patterns to align more with theirs? | |

Yeah, same here. I have my "radio voice" when answering the phone at work. | |

| I have a professional way of speaking at work, then there is the way I speak to family and friends which is more casual and then there is my bedroom voice | |

| Perhaps a little bit but it's not as if I'm two different people. | |

| Nah. I know when to sound more 'professional' when I'm in a certain setting, but I don't completely change the way I talk as if I'm a totally different person. I use slang like most people. | |

| Nope. I'm myself all the time. The most I do is alter my tone for the appropriate situation. | |

| In work situations I use more proper speech, a more "professional" voice. In general, I do speak differently than I do in private - I cuss less because I don't want to offend anyone; that might get kind of ugly | |

| I think I am the same all the time, but probably sound more casual when I am with friends vs. people I work for. | |
