Indeed. lol People just don't get it.

Those are really cute. But my mom was a stay at home mom, but it was the 1950's and 60's and it was the usual thing.

I must say, she was obsessive about the cleanliness of the house, and if anyone said she didn't work, she'd rip them a new one. She cleaned things every day that other people cleaned once a week. We all would have been better off if she'd had some kind of outside job.

I could imagine saying 5 and 6 [in my head].

The good ones are too busy to care what anyone says to them. They have babies to feed and dishes to wash. Staying at home isn't as "easy" as a lot of people may think. If done properly you spend your day working with your kids and it can get lonely and tiresome.

Not to say that every stay at home mama is volunteering at their kids school and all that jazz but many of them are very active in their kids lives and accessible for neighborhood kids in need. It's a thankless job and they don't usually expect recognition or understanding.

Heh. I'd prob. be saying #6 the most.
