    I pretty much only registered to this board to post a comment in this thread. After watching so many Aaliyah interviews and documentaries online, my heart never stops sinking and feeling such deep sorrow. Its so so sad because Aaliyah's career was picking up and as a fan of hers from London, I would have loved to have seen her perform. I cannot believe its been ten years already and I'll never forget that rainy Sunday morning when I found out about her death. I'm so sure she would have reached the level of success Pop artists of our generation have achieved today.
    I'll always be filled with sadness, she was so young talented and beautiful. So sad.

    Yep, 11 years. Time is flying. RIP Aaliyah. RIP to my grandmother ("Grandma Lee") as well. It's been 14 yrs for her....8/25/98.
