If you were EP, how would you steer the show?

If you had Valentini's job as executive producer, and without *any* micromanaging from the ABCD brass, how would you steer the show?

OLTL is your playground, you're in charge. Who would you hire and fire? What characters would you create, get rid of, bring back, backburner, etc., etc.

cole is gone,bring back kevin tone down john's hero status steer away from the police department focus more on the family interactions,keep teens should be rarely heard or seen unless they are exceptional..also have a 3 s/l arc so there is something for everyone.

Cole is sent to prison for a LONG time for his murder attempt because the judge sees his total lack of remorse and how he is still blaming people and refusing to take any responsibility. Cole gets a taste of his own medicine in prison. Marty is disgraced and leaves town, never to be heard from again.

FBI send someone to investigate the corruption at Llanview Pd and it results in Bo loosing his position as commissioner and Brody is put on notice. Both are charged with breach of public trust but are eventually allowed to continue their work under strict conditions. John is charged with several counts or murder and assault, as well as breach of public trust - numerous charges on that one. He is fired and sent to jail, where he's put with prison guards who are as arrogant and full of it as he is. His fellow prisoners soon wipe that smug look off his face. John gets word that M&M's baby has been kidnapped. He is eventually let out of prison and goes to investigate and learns that the baby was sold on the black market by someone who learned about their past crimes in regard to Sam and decided they weren't fit to be parents, just as they arrogantly decided Todd wasn't fit to be a parent and let him mourn a child who wasn't dead. John finds a death certificate for the child and is unable to prove it's a forgery and M&M continue to mourn, not knowing if their child is dead or alive.

Rex looses his PI license and he and Gigi decide to go on a trip to the Ivory Coast. Too bad they're attacked by pirates and no one wants to pay the ransom.

TnT realize that Ross was behind the diagnoses. He found a way to fake Téa's test results and has been using her treatments to poison her and cause all of her symptoms - not sure how this will work out, but int he end, it turns out that Téa does NOT have cancer. It was all a plot of Ross' to get revenge on TnT. Dani learns the truth and realizes what a creep Ross is. Ross goes after TnT when he realizes that his plan has failed and he tries to kill them again, which is the final wake-up call for Dani. Ross is sent to prison for all of his numerous crimes.

Blaire marries Eli and then learns the truth about him. he's sent to prison for his crimes. I'm stealing from trevorrules2 here and letting Téa's cancer diagnoses be a hoax perpetrated by Eli and Ross to get revenge on TnT. he's faked everything and substituted her records for the records of someone who really is dying of a brain tumour. He's also been drugging her to make her sick. When Ross and Eli go to prison, Téa's symptoms disappear and eventually Greg realizes what was happened and Ross and Eli face even more charges.

I'd bring back Kevin and have a friendly rivalry going between Todd and Kevin.

Dorian would get a life and stop being so annoying and screechy and David would leave town again.

Viki and Charlie would be happy and enjoy married life.

John would leave Nat hanging as he went off to rescue Marcie, the latest damsel in distress due to her kidnapped baby. Nat would learn her child is Brody's and Jessica would learn that her child is also Brody's. It would create an awkward scenario but eventually the sisters would put their children first and Brody would be involved in both baby's lives.

Starr would break up with Cole, unable to handle his increasing violence and she'd get together with James. After Cole was sent away to prison, James would eventually propose and promise to be a great Dad to Hope.

TnTnD would rejoice in the reversal of Téa's condition and they'd focus on bonding as a family.
