If they had a decent reason and had called, I would be pretty patient. But, not more than one time if it was a new relationship.

I agree, if they were polite about it and they had a good reason and let me know they were going to be late, I would be pretty patient too. But if it was a person with a no-show and no-call, I leave on the 21st minute!
