    Would it bother you if your co-worker, who was at the exact same level (and held the same position) as you, earned more?

    ROFLMAO! I swear I need to read these titles more carefully - I thought it read your co-worker's earrings blank stare @ you . I don't ever want to know what my co-workers earn and if I found out someone with less experience than me earned more, fo shizzle it would irk me.

    If we got there at the same time, yes. But if he/she is senior to me and it's normal to get raises like that, then I would prob. conclude that as the reason why they earn more and let it go.....after I've looked into it.
