    Not really. I've had to train people before. It didn't bother me.

    i dont like it when my boss is looking over my shoulder and watching, makes me uncomfortable

    I'm a supervisor, so I'm used to being observed by people over and under me. I know what I'm doing so it doesn't bother me.
