Does it bother you when people in your area continue to shoot off fireworks after the 4th of July? I don't mind them in the week or so leading up to the 4th, but I don't want to hear the pops and shrieks of them anymore after the day is done.

Yes. People were still setting them off last night when I was trying to sleep; they sounded like gun shots. I like fireworks on the fourth, but I don't wanna hear them after either.

Same here, they were going off after midnight when I went to bed and I had to use earplugs to sleep. (Which I don't like to do because I can't always hear my alarm clock go off and have to use my backup 100watt light bulb on a timer)

They're illegal here unless they're done by professionals so it doesn't happen very often anymore and not at all this year that I can recall, though I do remember firecrackers - also illegal - going off around Halloween.

They always do. Not sure why people do them after the 4th unless there's some huge discount. But I was more concerned about the dumbass shooting the gun down the street.
