    I've been told by a former, micromanaging, autocratic executive director that I have a problem with authority. My current micromanaging, autocratic CEO/President would probably agree with him.

    It's a wonder I made it thru 4 years of active military service (neither of which the autocratic, micromanaging 'bosses' ever did).

    Oh and anyone who says "Do you know who I am?" Usually gets a "Yeah, your that asshole who ..."

    Naivety. Like seriously, I can't fuck with you like that if you're so naive about everything. And with my personality, when I come in contact with people like that, it comes off as I'm picking on them or being mean....but I'm just trying to get you to take off those rose colored glasses.

    ^Just so there's no misunderstanding, I don't mean this but bullies and rude people. Someone with no sense of humor who takes everything too seriously. The other side of the coin is someone who treats everything as a joke.
