Would you want to live–not vacation, live–on an island? If so, is there any one in particular you'd go for?

Island vacations don't even sound that appealing to me. The environment is much too laid back and slow for me. I like crowds and activity and shopping.

I would love Aruba--- cool breeze, no humidity, no rain.

Hawaii however is not a great place to live. The humidity rusts appliances regularly, bug are so bad that all cabinet food needs to be in plastic containers, and its sooooo expensive to ship things from the main land. Because it last so long, SPAM is everywhere in hawaii--- even McD's sells spam burgers!
